I am wondering how most people who put their pump in a reservoir get the outline from the pump outside the reservoir. I have considered the following:
1) Putting the pump-out connector through a hole in the reservoir. (how would you make sure it dosn't leak) 2) Thread a hose barb in my reservoir then connect the pump-out to the hose barb. (how do you connect the pump to the hose barb so all the flow travels through it?) What am I not thinking of? |

when i had my bong, i did something similar to option 2. i jbwelded/gooped a double-sided poly fitting in the pvc and then ran a hose from the inside barb to my pump. In your position id choose option 2 over 1.

Thanks alot for the site! But I have one question: How did they(or you) get the octagon shaped connector, connected to the reservoir? Did you just hypoxy it? Melt it on? Also, is there a list of all the pieces you need to get for this very great mounting technique?

Can I get it all at ace or home depot? At least tell me what the seal is called, and hopefully how I can get the octagon connector on my reservoir.
