My Enermax Silent is very quiet. Works ok but I am gonna get a bigger one. You can always get a big PSU and replace the fan if its too loud.

I dunno if it's some problem wiht my Enermax 365 "Whisper" but it starts out totally silent and after about 10 minutes the temp-controlled fan just goes nuts and starts spinning full speed, which is definitely the loudest (by far) fan in my system.

Most people will tell you the enermax whispers are silent. I have an older one and all I can tell you is I can't hear it above the other noise in my system. I was reading one of the procooling articles and it said that even the Enermax 530W (which is not a whisper unit) was eerily (sp?) silent. Is it as quiet as the whisper units? I don't know.

Or you could just get PSU that you already have and put this in there.
Panaflo L1A 80MM After reading the PSU review I think I might just stick to the Sparkle that came with my SuperMicro 750. |

Ice that is a newer Whisper then mine they don't make mine anymore. Mine even when the fan is spinning the fastest it can its damn quiet. And last guy L1As suck not enough air you need M1As. More air and still very quiet. OcPunK has a couple M1As and they are so much quieter then my Sunon "quiets".

Power supplies are meant to keep cool in god aweful OEM cases. Most any will be fine with a much quieter Panaflo.
