Does anyone know where to get metal in Europe, specifically england but anywhere closer. On $7 worth of metal there is $25 for delivery from online metals. I've tried to find places in the UK but they all seem to deal in large quatities.

I go to the local metal scrapyard, they sell it for $75/lb. - $1/lb. Got enough to make half dozen waterblocks and a chill tank for $20(copper).
