Can you clarify what you mean by your res system? Do you mean the bubbles in your hose? Also, do you have a reservoir? Are you using an inline pump? Can you give us a bit more background and we should be able to help you out.

ack sorry res as in reservoir and i'm using a mag drive model 3 running as an inline , i keep getting air bubbles in the line , they will go away and then come back every few mins . I really don't know why , my reservoir is basicly air tight and is filled from the top.

If your system was recently set up, perhaps this is just it naturally priming itself. The air pockets could be in places you don't see and eventually they work their way out and go into the res. If not, then somehow you are getting air into the hose. This could be from the pump. I think I read somewhere that mag drives can put a small bit of air into the lines.
