maze2-1 vs mcw462BTEC

I have a maze2-1 and intend to use a 220w peltier. however someone suggests that the mcw462btec performs better. can anyone confirm this? what's the best waterblock actually?

for a peltier that strong i would definently use a modified maze design block. 1/2" fittings would probably be the way to go. a big heatercore would also be needed i think...
