Running Prime95 right now my temp is 150F/66C! Tbird 1.33@1.466.71MHz @2.19Vs
My cooling loop Rio 200 Submerged in a small resivor then it pumps into the heatercore the heatercore is has two 100CFM panaflows one ducked on the front blowing in and the other ducked on the back sucking air out. After the water goes through the heatercore it goes into the maze2 block that is connected to the Tbird by a thin layer of AS2. After the block it goes back the res, all tubing is 3/8". Ok so what is the problem with the loop? I reseated the Maze2 so thats not it. Does flowrate really matter that much? Una had a super low flow setup and his cooling didnt inprove when switching to a high flow 1/2" tubing. Could it be that this heatercore just sucks? help me

I'd say it's the low flow plus your voltage! Rio200 flows like 135gph which for that big heater core isnt enough.
The bigger your radiator, the faster you can flow, the cooler you'll get. |

Try using more AS paste.. I found that the "ultra thin" layer everyone talks about isn't as thin as it sounds. When I first started using AS, I put it on uber thin, my temps sucked. So I put it on normally, and my temps improved immensly.
