Default Watercooling! Custom Radiators CHEAP!

I have a bunch of heatercores (with a lot more on the way) and i am taking custom orders on shrouds and me placing barbs on them.

right now the only brass core i have AT THE MOMENT is a nice core with dimensions of 9.6 inches tall 6 IN Wide 2 inches (radiator itself with shroud it is 3)

It will have mounts for two fans hopefully, Tell me what size fan (80 mm or 120mm ) you want to fit on there and i will make the properly sized holes. Barbs are 1/2 inch barbs custom fit on there. I will paint this in a high gloss black by default at no extra cost or for two extra dollars i will paint it any custom color imaginable . For extra i can include or not include 120 or 80 MM fans with the order already mounted making the heatercore all ready to go.

Price: Painted black, shrouded, barbed, custom drilled for 2x 120 or 2x 80 mm fans (whichever you specify)
$35 dollars Shipped
Add $2 for custom colors
Add $1 for blue/red flames on the side
Add $8 for 2x 80 MM fans included with radiator (quiet good cfm)
Add $12 for 2x 120 mm fans included with core (quiet good cfm)

I can also custom paint the fans themselves to any color and add flames to the design for $2 more.

And at the moment i only have two more cores which are aluminum..

One with dimensions of 9.5 tall 3 wide and 4 inches thick. Very nice long dimensions while being thin. One barb on each side.

$30 Shipped
Great if you have a aluminum system... A tad restricitve but a great performer.

Will only fit 80 MM fans because its soo small compartively.
Add $2 for custom colors
Add $1 for blue/red flames on the side
Add $8 for 2x 80 MM fans included with core (quiet good cfm)
Black shrouded and barbed by default

And my final one is a very nice al. heatercore.. it was from some type of racing car is all i know.

11 inches tall 6 inches wide 1.5 inches deep.

Same goes as all the other ones.

$30 Shipped
Add $2 for custom colors
Add $1 for blue/red flames on the side
Add $8 for 2x 80 MM fans included with radiator (quiet good cfm)

Also I will be getting more heatercores so I will update this list hopefully often.

If youa re willing to pay for shipping if you send me a heatercore i can barb it, put shrouds on it, and custom paint it for $10

Also if you have a certian heatercore in mind but you dont own it to send to me, i can find the specific heatercore or general shape at autozone.com for you. You will pay the price of the heatercore plus shipping to me+ $10 dollars for barbing shrouding painting etc.

Please let me know if you have any requests what so ever. I can customize these things however you want.

Laters,

Excelsior

P.S. If you have something that you think would be a goo dtrade ora trade+ money that you think would itnerest me please let me know. I'm flexible

There is teh brass one. I am right now adding th eother sides of the shrouds, and i am awaiting someone to pick the size fans they want on it so i can drill the holes appropriately and cut away excess with dremel and deburr.

This is still obviously unpainted and unbarbed.

Those are the uncleaned and not started on al heatercores.

Are you interested in making a "how to?"
I imagine there are a few people that are interested in how you made it and we may have a few ideas to help improve it.

Sure..

I'll take more pics next one i do and if I have time id post a how to...

Just the thing is the materials cost more than buying one from me... ... Hehe Sure you will have some leftover aferwards but in general it will cost more to build one yourself

The point is the making of it is half the fun...
It helps when there are a lot of ideas already out there...
Then custom designing one from ideas I have already seen…
I’m looking into buying a heater core that will support 2 120mm fans.
Will have to build a shroud for it and getting as many ideas as possible..
I have seen angling the fan on the shroud to help get rid of the dead spot.
I don’t know exactly what angle would be best. But the more I read..
The more questions I ask. The more I learn.
