building new pc

hey people ... i have a few questions that i hope u guys can help me with. I have recently built my pc, but want to liquid cool it; for overclocking of course.... the specs as of now is:

asus a7n8x deluxe v1.0
amd xp 2800+
ati 9800 pro 128 mb
geil 1gb matched ddr 400
(2) 8mb cached wd 120 gig drives

I have invested a few bucks in my setup and i wanted to buy a kit, but with the research i have done ... I can tell its not recommended. so I am asking all u people out there what would be the best setup that i can get for my pc and I dont care for the loud noise.... I had to rip out a tornado fan i had in b/c 59 db is just to damn loud! I would want to connect this sytem to my cpu, videocard, and possibly my 2 hdd's..... i appreciate anyone who replies and if also possible a list of all the necessary componets that would be needed... thanx again

For ease of installation, look for these parts:

Block from Danger Den such as the Maze 3 ... easy to install unless you're retarded (I've never heard of someone having problems). Clearflex tubing with thick walls in 1/2". A radiator that will fit your case (you can find them anywhere, just don't get one with ANY aluminum in it). Hose clamps. Creatively glued PVC pieces to make a custom airtrap that fits your case (or just a fill tube ... doesn't matter much). A Danner Mag Drive 350 pump. There you go. Should be able to do it under $200. Get a Danger Den GPU block if you feel the need, though since most are 3/8" you'll need to consider using T splitters in your system and you'll need to pick up some 3/8" ID Clearflex as well. Don't worry about the HDDs ... that is a waste of money. You'll find a modified AMD stock HSF with a quiet 60mm fan will be almost inaudible in your system and will more than adequately cool your GPU.

If you really need further direction on the heatercore, look around this forum for recommendations, since they all are similar, or use the stickied heatercore database to find one to perfectly match your size requirements (be warned that the tank size is not included in the core sizes listed ... look at the pictures).

Both the D-Tek and Danger Den GPU blocks can be purchased with 1/2" barbs installed.

D-Tek makes theirs that way from jump street, while Danger Den offers the 1/2" barbs as a option.
