Buy a mini freezer, stick a reservoir inside, make the tubes come out the sides or top.

It might be underpowered.
Try going to #Rotor's website, and look for the dehumidifier mod". It's not a simple basic project, but it'll give you top results. |

but it's down while he moves. For me the easiest solution was to buy a water chiller from #rotor (not a dehumidifier though). Xtremesystems guys seem to have switched to modding window AC units |

Easiest way ---> open bucket res.
Keep throwing ice in. Failing that I think the neatest way is run two loops - with a TEC sandwidthed between two waterblocks - the cold side on the cold loop the hot side on the hot loop.

waterchillers seem to be a waste to me, since to get a good one you need two waterblocks, a whole cooling loop for them, two TEC's, then you need a good design, THEN you need to insulate the tubes, THEN you need to insulate the block most likely. for that price just build a phase change, at least I would.
