hey guys this is my first setup i've tried a few recommendations but just wanted to know opinions on what i can change or alter to be more efficient pics are here http://members.bellatlantic.net/~paul182/
bottom valve on reservoir pumps to the cpu center, then the side goes back up to the radiator... the pump is submersible... |

i have added a fan to the other side blowing on it 69cfm sunon 120 .... tape around it and it was about an inch away with cardboard box sealed off that didnt do anything to the temps...... another suggestion was pump... i'm just looking at cable placement now

weird thing opened the side of my case system temp went to 32c Cpu 54c full load.... put the side back on 28c Cpu 48c full load ..... seems that radiator isnt being cooled right

Looks good to me, only thing I could say, short of buying more loot, would be to duct the radiator to the outside of the case so you don't get hot air where you don't want it. As far as why your temp climbs with the case open there are two reasons that I can think of, one is that if you're using the motherboard thermistor, its not very accurate. The other is that possibly the air flow through the case gets changed in a way that it actually warms things up, tho that normally only occurs when supercooling...

It looks great! If you wanted though, you could space the fan .5 to 1 inch away from the radiator and duct it through. That will account for the "dead spot" behind the actual rotating part of the fan...
but it looks nice!
