Default Parallel rads or dual loops?

My current setup is as follows:
-Pump: MCP-600
-Radiator: 2 shrouded D-Tek Pro cores in parallel.
-CPU WB: Cascade.
-NB: Danger Den Z-Chip.
-Reservoir: Acrylic cylinder style.
-Tubing: 1/2" Clear flex.
*(I have pics in my Sig but they don't reflect the second radiator I just added).
I bought a Maze GPU and some Tweak monster RAM sinks for my 9800XT. As I looked at my loop I debated whether it would be more efficient to run dual loops since I have an extra Danner 3 lying around. What I would do is run the Cascade on one circuit and the chip set and GPU on the other. Than I debate if it would even be worth the effort and extra clutter in doing so. That's why I'm starting this thread. Part of me says the rads in parallel will dissipate the extra heat of the GPU. While the other part says dual loops would give the CPU it's own circuit though. I honestly don't think it would allow me to push my OC any further.
So I than wonder if this pump could work effectively with 2 rads and 3 blocks. I'm sure there are several people here with some insight or experience on all this. I would appreciate any input.
Thanks

I've got the same pump and have a MCW5002 (my WW sux a**), MCW20 and an MCW50 and dual D-tek ProCores with a single fan on each and a dual bay res, flow is decent so far, just put it together like an hour ago. I'm running everything in series, I figure running in parallel would seriously increase the tubing to the point where you couldn't even see the nice hardware and if the length that's being split to the rads weren't even, that might also contribute some non-desireable affects plus I hear that differenced from parallel and series only differs like .5-1 lph either way. I could be wrong but not to mention your case is rather small, I have a LiLi PC-75B and to me, all that tubing just makes things look congested if I set up in a parallel. Do you still plan on leaving all your stuff outside of the case? So ya, the pump's probably enough for a parallel setup if you're going that route.

Thanks Sbud. Yeah I'll still keep it all external. It seems to run cooler that way. I figure I'll add the GPU to the circuit for starters. If it seems to degrade performance, I'll try something different. I've just seen some talk on dual loops and wanted to know what peoples findings were on it.

If you run everything in series, your CPU temps would at most increase by 1-2degC. It all depends on the cooling efficiency of your Rad. The more heat your rad is capable of handling, the lesser the performace hit.

The MCP-600 is a more than capable pump for your setup. Adding another pump may increase the flow but might not necessary improve performace. What I meant by improved performanced is an improvement in O/C ability and not a decrese in temps. If your CPU has hit a wall with the Cascade based on your current setup, it is unlkely that the hassle of putting in another pump is gonna benefit u.

That's along the lines I was thinking as well. I'll post the outcome of adding the GPU to the circuit.

I added the Maze4 GPU after modifying my loop to accommodate it. I went with a longer length of tubing that could make the bend without requiring a 90. I did have to mount the side fan externally due to lack of clearance beside the card. I used AS5 in place of Shin-Etsu this time and loved working with it. Both radiators remain in parallel. My load temps running two instances of folding 24/7 are 26c. I started to hit 30c with the Shin-Etsu, which could be attributed to my last mount or a thicker uneven layer of compound, (that stuff is hard to work with). So to sum it up parallel seems to be perfect for my system. I'm so happy with the results I'm not going to bother with dual loops or running the rads in series.
Thanks for all the knowledge Pro Cooling. I learn so much here it's almost scary

As soon as I borrow a camera I'll update the pics link in my sig and post some.
