Default Flow rate

Does anyone know where to get a inline device to measure flow rate, and maybe with adjustment. Right now I got a Magdrive 250gph, the temp is only 2 degree difference from the outlet side of my waterblocks to the outlet side of my radiator. I think the flow rate is to high, a regular inline ball valve will work, but I just wanted something more scientific so I can fine tune the system.

Spent a $1000.00 on cooling Celeron 533's. Gosh I feel proud. Can't even overclock them. Must...Wait...For...Dual...Athlon's....

I hear there will be one on the market very soon. I'm sure you'll hear all about it here on ProCooling, as every single writer here is going to want to get one to write an article about. hehe

Yeah, it'd be nice BEFORE I change my pump to a 1/2" intake, I could have some definative information as to whether or not opening up the intake on this style pump helps the flow, and how much it helps..
