Default newbie looking for best p4 waterblock

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to which p4 waterblock I should buy. I would like to be able to get something domestic to the states. I want to tinker with it over the long thanksgiving weekend. No Cascade for me unfortunately. My setup consists of:
P4 2.6C
Abit IC7-g
1Gb GEIL PC4000 dual channel kit
I have had good sucess OCing with aircooling but the noise has got to go. I would also like to see if I can get any extra performance out of the setup. My water cooling rig so far consists of a bay res and a BIX donated to me from a friend. I think I'm going to get that new swifty pump and some 1/2 ID tygon tubing. Sorry to be so long winded but any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks.

I would personally go for the MCW5002 from Swiftech. Excellent performer and high quality build. Adding a pelt to it later on is an option as well. Then there is the White Water which will outperform the 5002 a bit. It really depends on what you want.

I have been hearing some things about poly top blocks. That you have to keep an eye out so they don't spring a leak. If I go with the white Water block should I get the aluminum top? The swifty is obviously already a aluminum topped block. Are poly tops really that bad?
