the fact that one of its bullets says "essentially non-toxic" makes me think that it wouldn't kill much. Although, I'm not sure what *could* grow in a pure propelyne glycol environment. It seems like this stuff might work well in widely varying temperature environments, but in a PC it still seems like water=the win.
At least it won't outgas and give you the "China Syndrome" (blow up your loop!)
