Metal Pelts?

I saw somewher they are going to be coming out with metal pelts instead of ceramic. How will this effect their cooling ability?

I saw a link on the HardForums to a company producing 260W pelts with an aluminium hotside I believe. Only problem is that the pelt needs a 100A !!! @ 3,5V PSU.

Threadname was "what is the biggest pelt" or something like that.
