ooooh, I got one....
How about a little info on some of the "SNAP compatable" units, the Dell 705N and the like. And/or even a section to what units (any brand) are compatable with what SNAP or Guardian OS. Can a 1000 run Guardian OS? Can a 4400 run the SNAP OS? Which Dell power vaults can be converted? Stuff like that maybe? |

What I meant by specs was, things that are not listed often or even not at all. For example: The 4000 Power Supply, 120 Watts, means limits to the hard drives (too much power). -or- The 1000/1100 can accomidate 2 drives on it's PATA connector (but not in the case). Tidbits of useful info people have figured out here. And for the utilities, I meant a section giving a basic description of what each utility is and does, including the Assist, JVM, S2S, and any others, for newbie non software kinda people like me who may have gotten their untis without all the disks and manuals etc and did not even know these things existed. |
