Is international shipping rates (from the US) going up?

I'm shopping for a waterblock but I can't for the love of god find a vendor that'll ship a block to me in Denmark for less than $44 (Dtek using DHL). Has international shipping charges been on the rize lately?
or are there vendors out there with cheaper shipping? (looking for a spir@l or a MCW5000)

I remember paying $15-25 in shipping charges for similar orders a year or two ago...

It is probably due to the rise in the value of the euro/decline of the dollar.

Perhaps try some of the .de or .uk stores. There are some very good German and British blocks, you know

Most of the German blocks I've seen are expensive (innovatek, Aqua-computer...), I haven't really seen any British blocks...

I've seen them all except komplett.se (I can't find any watercooling on their site!?)
ITbutikken (Danish like me): Nice shop, but they never sold watercooling...
Gtek.net: $82 + shipping for a Swiftech MCW462-U, even more for a DD Maze 3
Kylning.com: $87.5 + shipping for the Innovatek block
Datorbutikken.com: $86.5 + shipping for the Innovatek block

I concider those prices rather expensive, don't you? I know the Innovatek block is expensive all over the place... that's why I don't want it.
