What block is on that kit? Is that the XP, HP,????

Neither, it's the SP. Cleary.
Visually:
SP -> fins.
HP -> Pin Grid.
HP Pro -> Pin Grid with larger chamber
XP -> Resembles the 1A blocks in aspect. Metal top.
