Could it be he was testing the new MCP650 vs. the old DD 12v pump?

(Now... before any of you criticize his testing... he already admitted it's not a purely scientific test... he just did it for fun.... so all of you experts think lightly before you say anything... he, nor do any other regular person out there possess scientific contraptions that can answer any watercooling question in the world....I for one know nothing but I would like to know if this is really the change in flowrate with the new muffled D4s and MCP650s)

My response is that these pumps have variations... ~5% or so. What you see is not so unusual. I could be he has an older D4 too, but my guess is the first.
