GTA: Vice City Radio
I wanted to listen to my GTA Vice City Radio stations on my minidisc, so I need to convert them from the .adf format that they currently are into mp3. Problem is I found a software that did that but you could not decide the quality, so now they sound crap (64kbps 16hz) when I turn up the volume. Normally 64kbps is enough for speech but this sucks. Anyone that could recommend a good software?
