Default Watercooling Terminology

I've been hanging around the procooling scene for a while now, and I frequently see terms misused. That gave me the idea for terminology thread.

This is how I'd like this thread to work:

If any of you can clearly define a term that we might use, PM me with it and a potential definition. I'll add it to a running list by continuously editing my next post. I'll give credit to anyone who submits a definition.
