Perspex is what acrylic plastic is sometimes called in your area. There are plenty of block designs floating around this forum, just keep looking and find something you like.

To write the programfor the CNC machine is only one partof it... you need to tell us what type of CNC programming we are talking about, ie if the controlls of the machine are Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhan, Grundig etc.

Why you ask??

Well... the programming differs between the diffrent controllsystems, easy as that. Also you need to tell if it is a vertical or horisontal machine, ie it determins the the X, Y and Z axis of the machine and also if it has a B axis.

All that is needed at first.

Also...did you yourself intend to do the actuall milling or have someone help you with it?

Why I ask??

Well...just in case there is a problem in the program you need to know the diff between a G01 and a G02 or the diff between G80 and G84 etc....

So... to write a program is fairly easy... but it needs as much of the one running the mill to get it right.
