I heard when using EK barbs with a Storm that its important to use the O-ring from the origional swiftech barbs. I noticed that the EK barbs have a much smaller O-ring. I'm assuming I replace the EK O-ring with the Swiftech one or I am I supposed to use both?

Hi, short answer: which ever makes the best seal. Definitely not both, the EK o-ring should work fine, as long as you are able to screw it in all the way down. The Swiftech o-ring might work fine if at least half of the o-ring’s diameter is touching the fitting’s base.

As long as you aren't afraid of torque and you understand the importance of teflon tape. And as Migueld stated, use one not both.
