Help me plz...Tbalancer wouldn't let me update the firmware :(

I got myself a Tbalancer ( http://www.alphacool.de/xt/product_i...id=1554&cPath= ) and it comes with the old firmware. I want to flash it to the latest 2.61 firmware in order to use it with the T-Balancer mNG to control my 2 Laing DDC pumps..

I was following the intruction on the manuald and did the following:

The system is clean install with no previous T-balancer software:

1) Downloaded the latest software from Mcubed website here:http://www.mcubed-tech.com/eng/support.htm

2) Installed the software and plugged my TBalancer to the computer via USB cable

3) Detected and installed the 2 USB Serial drivers

4) I opened the T-balancer software and selected Virtual Com Port search, restarted the software

5) I went to the Option section and couldn't find the selection called "Firmware Update" as listed in step 7 of the manual:

help me...what am I doing wrong??

I'm running version 2.0 and the option is there. Maybe you need to install the upgrade from 2.0?
