help, My 40x40mm pelts. How do I shave them smaller? its Ceramic and its really hard. I'm trying to get it to fit into my aquastealth custom double wide water block.
Heres the block www.aquastealth.com they built for me. The picture on thier webpage is actually mine but it seems they can make them now. Anyways I tried to fit my 2 of my 40x40mm pelts. they are slightly too big for the block. the screws can't thread nice. Anyways I tried a dremel with sand and metal blade to grind off the cermic of the pelt to make it 39mmX40mm. But it scratched the blades the ceramic is fine. Do I need laser? or a diamond cutter? a NUKE? Can I drag it on my motorbike on the road to grind it? ![]() ![]()

Don't try to shave them smaller. You will probably destroy the insides of the tec.
I would talk to the people from BE Cooling because they have created a block that's simple not good. It should have space for two 40x40mm pelts, while the space isn't there. |
