I have a Meridian Snap 2000 with 2 16gb HD's, and I can't get it to work. It powers up and the fan and both HD's are running. I've reset the unit, and swapped the HD's around, but SnapAssist still doesn't see it. What's my next step?

jhrBanker, do you have an old cat5 hub? If not then do a direct connection with a cat5 straight thought cable. Exactly what did you reset in your snap?
