Default need help with first watercooling setup

Just got an Aquastealth Cube Rad, Dangerden Maze2, and DTek Customs pump/res. All are using 1/2" interconnects. How do you suggest I hook this up??? How is it best to fill it??? What are some good resources???

The mobo I'm currently using is the ECS K7S6A, but I eventually plan to move to the Epox 8S7A (more voltage, performance) as it becomes available.

K6, did your res come with a fill tube? or does it just have the hose barbs on it?

if it just has the hose barbs on it, I suggest U take the top off the res, and stick it in a deep bucket, fill the bucket with your coolant mix, then run the pump, fill your cooling system with your coolant and work out as many air bubbles as U can, and while the pump is stil running and the whole res is underwater in the buck, put the top on, and screw it down to seal it, this pretty much garantees that it is 100 % full. works good for me.

fix basically covered the filling part of it, as for hooking it up:

I'd recommend silicone tubing, and to hook it up pump/res -> rad -> cpu

The Res and Pump are all in one and just have barbs. I have a T adapter that I was going to use to fill it.

What do you think???

I picked up some 1/2" silicon tubing at my local Home Depot. Have Vinyl as well.

If I take off the top of the res, do you think it may leak later???

Yeah just use the T. It's going to be almost as easy.

The res may leak if you remove the top, but if you secure it very tightly there is no reason it shouldn't

I'm mounting all this in the Antec SX1240. The Radiator will be going above the PSU, the res/pump in the top HD Cartridge bay and the the Maze2 on the CPU...duh....where should I fill it????

I'd have it either before the radiator or after it, because thats the highest point in your system
