I have this case(antec SX635) and I've removed the drive cage from the front and the little plate that go's under it. I'm thinkin of getting some neato WC stuff for it. lemmee know what your thoughts are on the following WC hardware and if something needs changine lemmee know.
Escort Heatercore(mod with barbs) DD Maze 2 with p4 478 plate (or maze3 if the performance is good) DD Geforce 3 Block eheim 1250 or aquavia 1300 I plan for everything to have 1/2" barbs so I can use up what's left of my 3/8" silicone tubing and maintain an inter diamater of no less than 3/8" in the whole system. --Matt |

for reference, I've attached a pic of the case. the distance from the bottom of the case to the bottom of the 5-1/4" bays is about 9"

sounds like a good setup, maybe a BI would be a better fit and you could even mount a fdd in the top 3.5" bay

the fdd is actually mounted in the bottom part of the 5-1/4" cage. so there's really no need for me to have that removable deal there since I have 2 optical drives and a HD populating the 5-1/4" bays. I was just figuring that since I can fit it, a heatercore would be a better option since they perform a bit better.
