How good are these drives?

ive had them before. i must say that they are pretty damn good. i forget all the modes that they offer... but just dbl check the modes if you are trying to make some uhh non legal.. type cds

i am most worried about CD-R burn speed and DAE speed/quality. CD-RWs can go in the corner and well... y'know. I also am not the gamer type so, i dont think those kind of copies will be much of a problem.

I have a 24X veloCD it does DAE flawlessly at 40X. I am very happy with this drive. It's a solid piece of hardware.
