Hi, I just got my first water cooling setup put together but I have noticed there is some green looking mold or something mostly in the center of my block. I'm using Water Wetter with distilled water. What is it and how do I get rid of it?

hmm water wetter should keep any mold from coming....how long have you been running your setup? If its been a few days or even near a week, you shouldn't see any mold even if you were running distilled water w/o any kind of anti bacterial substance mixed in. Do you have an open or closed system?

It's been running about 48 hours, maybe a little more. It's closed I think (rad>block>res/pump). How can I get rid of this crap?

ok if its an open system, it will have a way to add water and any other solution via an airtrap. An open system is much easier to take care of because it is constantly purging air, and you can add more water w/o turning of your system. I'm not sure its mold since you have only been using yoour setup for 48 hours. Is the water block with the green stuff in it brand new? What your seeing most likely is CuO2, which is basically like rust on copper except its green.
