I have the digital doc 5 and i want to but a probe on my p4 2.533, but when i do so my temps are alot higher is it because the flat probe is making my water block not hitting the core or something? i don;t know were else to put the probe on to monitor my cpu temps
case temp is 82f and room temp is 78.9f and my on board monitor probe not from the digital doc 5 cpu temp is 33 c does that sound right? |

yo first off, the p4 has an internal probe so you don't really need to use the dd5 probe. second the probe should go on the side of the core, not between the wb and the core (that could seriously damage or ruin the processor).
