Outlook Express defaults to block .PDF files?

that I sent Microsoft this "suggestion":

"The default settings which prevent a user from accessing a .PDF file is an undeniable example of how the Microsoft Corporation is engaged in monopolistic activities.

You should be ashamed! I only wish that you be brought to justice, and punished accordingly.

You're a disgrace to the computer industry.

I suggest that you do the same!

Go to this page

...and select "Outlook Express" as the product. Select "Interoperability or Integration", or "Ease of Use" as the topic (or whatever you want!), then stick it to them!

Oops wrong e-mail. Kinda ironic that the company that made e-mail viruses possible with refusal to block the running of .vbs from e-mail (WHY WOULD YOU EVER NEED THAT?) is now going to protect us.

well yeh, since PDF's dont contain viruses, why would you want them taking up precious space in your virus holding bin errr... inbox

my OE blocks .eml files too 8/ it wouldn't be so bad if i could find a setting to let me choose what to blocl/allow, but i've yet to find it.

they fixed the PDF virus thing awhile ago...may pop its head up again...

But using Outlook is asking for virii anyway...

the fix is simply forwarding the message. then the attachment tab comes up, you click on it, and save it to disk.

stupid microsoft. a blantly open hole in their own fix for no purpose whatsoever
