Default Question on the #Rotor design...

Is there a thread with clear(er) instruction on how to make a #Rotor style block? It seems to be the easiest for me to try out first...

Thanks!

Not exactly the original, just an offspring, principally identical.

The original.

To get the picture to print the right size...I had to resize it before printing...3.692 in (W) and 2.474 in (H).

That prints the block pic out to 2x3in which is the proper size.

Heh...trial an error at the start then I started to think...I took the difference of what size I needed and subtracted it off the original pic...then plugged the value into the comp and printed it.

Minussed...is it a word???

Why don't you try a different layout to a #rotor block? maybe for use with cpus only. It could be easily done with Acad and you won't have trouble printing 1:1

The print outs are an optional extra i think i just made one by making the spaces out on the copper. I made a gride that had lines 4.5mm apart wher the lines intersected i put a pop mark. Then i drilled using a 4mm bit. Very easy for a first try as the holes are .5mm apart which isn't to hard.
