Does anyone know how run a power supply without hooking the axt connector to the motherboard? I'm guessing you short a couple of wires, but I don't know which ones. Any help is appreciated.

Thats why I use an old AT PSU to power my comair rotrons. You don't have to bypass anything and you can mount the switch anywhere within reach.
