What if I lose internet connection?

I am on Cable, and my brother likes to turn off the Cable Modem at night. Will running my 3 computers overnight without an internet connection hurt my points?

Also, what are the files that have the names like this one:

k6m2gdxh_0_k6m2gdxh_protein_22_0000003.val

Are these protein's that aren't being uploaded? Or are they something else?

Tell your bro to leave the modem alone!

I leave mine on all the time, and I even put it on a UPS.

I don't know what the files are, might ask that at the offical DF forum.

As for the internet connection issue your comp will keep crunching away. It will store all data crunched untill you get the connection back.
