Default Best way to put together plexi

Guys i need some advice. I am trying to make small plexi box and I need some help on how to put it together. I've tried screws (pain in the ass, plexi always cracks) and silicone, but silicone makes it look dirty.

By the way it was to be waterproof to.

Thanx in advance
