Swiftech MCW462-UH waterblock... C/W

I'm trying to find a C/W value for the MCW462-UH waterblock - and so far have not had any luck. I'm guesstimating it might be around 0.22 to 0.24 @ 1 GPM.

Can anyone give me a good number for this block or direct me to a reference? Thanks,
