Default help with the configuration of my pump (s) and blocks

I have nearly finished my system, a couple of jet impingments blocks like cathars/lee's and a low restriction nb block. To cool the water I have made a tower, with an evaporative cooler similar to volenti's (with 50+ tubes sticking up in the air).

but now I have the problem of how to connect it all. At the moment I only have a Via Aqua 1300, so I will need to get either another one of them, or a Via Aqua 2600. Which would be better, 2 1300's in parallel or series, or a 2600?

and then the problem with the blocks. obviously i want full flow through my cpu block, so I could go either cooler -> cpu -> gpu -> nb, or cooler -> cpu -> gpu & nb in parallel. The only problem with that is then the gpu wont get much flow, but with the first option it would be VERY restrictive.

Or then the other option is to have to completely independant loops, have one loop which goes cooler -> cpu and another that is just straight from the res -> gpu -> nb. but now my cooler wont get full water flow.

Each option seems like a massive trade-off, I have been thinking about it for weeks but cant decide/figure out what to do.

Thanks guys

I think you'll find that the blocks in series will end up being best.

As for 2 * 1300 versus 1 * 2600, it's going to depend on the pressure of the pumps. Theoretically, if the pressure of the 2600 is twice that of the 1300, and for the sake of reliability, the 2600 would be a better choice, but there's a few more factors involved. Got specs?

the 2600 isnt actually as powerful as I thought (http://www.fountainology.com/outdoor...qua_pumps.html)

1300 = 20W, 6' head
2600 = 46W, 7' head

so going by that i would defiantely want two 1300's.

or maybe i need to splash out and get an eheim. i would want a 1260 but they are too damn expensive, maybe a 1250. that is still 28W, 2.0m head. hmmmm
