comparing a copper vs cu & al hsf

going to order my parts this week, but the place i'm ordering all my parts from is out of the zalman all-copper hs, they only have the aluminum and copper model (the one with the middle fins that are copper).

am i going to notice a big difference between the two? i'd really like to have everything set to go at the same time...
