Aardil's PWM Fan Controller Re/Preview

So Bri's latest venture into PWM is posted. This time hes doing a review/preview of Aardils PWM controller. Its a pretty nifty piece of hardware, and will give some nice quiet time to those who just are getting tired of machines that sound like a 747 at take off.
