Water Block Design / Construction Building your own block? Need info on designing one? Heres where to do it

Default Design for waterblocks

all I have is a drill press and dremmel are there any good designs that have been made with these tools. I have made 3 water blocks so fare and they seem to yealed the same reasults. I have run out of ideas. Thanks for the help

well there's the #rotor design. a lot of ppl w/o mills use this design and it works quite effectively.
