Default Choosing Barbs

I'm working on yet another WhiteWateresk block. The intake will be 1/2in barb(CS of 0.196349541 in2). Now my questions is what should I do with the exaust?

2 x 3/8in 0.220893233 in2
2 x 1/2in 0.392699082 in2
4 x 3/8in 0.441786467 in2

All 3 options increase the overall CS of flow. The block will double as a manifold to cool the NB and GPU. Which option is best?

It doesn't matter. I'd probably make the NB loop restrictive though so it doesn't rob too much flow from the GPU.
