joe mail

Maybe i'm the only one, but wouldn't it be cool if all the procooling.com forum members who wanted could get free webmail with "@procooling.com" all that is needed is a dude with a stable 24/7 server and some bandwith......though that might be hard to find and then Mr Joe need to use his magic keyboard to approve the idea...

There being 4000+ members on the forums makes me worry about the plausibility of your idea, but it would be cool

Well, even if all 4000+ members would register one, I guess only about 500 would use their mail / redirection daily. I will get vdsl connection with either 13 or 26mbit (full duplex) speed and a static ip. When I have it I can host all of it on my windows 2000 server machine if there is a go...

i know some hosting companies that would probably give you enough b/w for less than you pay for dsl, on a dedicated box.

reliable, too.

i used to play CS with a 10 ping when i used to host the subway cs server out of my living room. that was awesome, people hated me. that server was always hoppin', loved it. i hope to get a fast enough connection one of these days again to host some games, preferrably DoD and then maybe CS. unfortunately, i also don't really have time to play games anymore
