Default Quiet 12 V pump for less than 40$?

I need to cool the house server with water so that I can run it 24/7, its 2 m from my bed.
At the moment I have a Hydor L30II, it sounds way to much and it's a 230V pump.

So my question is: Witch pump is the most quiet 12 Volt pump for a low amount of money (<40$)?

There are two very recent discussions about what pumps are quiet. Check those out. The general consensus is that the Liang DDC, CSP-MAG, and Eheim 1046 are the quietest. I got a bad DDC sample so I personally couldn't recommend it, but it's still one of the big three quiet pumps. It depends a lot on the quality control as well.

I think you mean Eheim 1048.

1046 is allegedly quieter than the 1048, although it will obviously cool less well. Having said that my 1048 is effectively inaudible once you've got it properly bled and vibration isolated.

Have any of you seen a test where they test the db from pumps (and who much foaming that’s needed to make it totally quiet)?
Or a review with a compassion to a Hydor?

I'm going to use a Land Rover-71 as a radiator to make the system totally passive (I can almost go passive on my HL120.3, the water temp goes to delta 13°C with ~60Watt load).

And are there any tests with the correlations between volt and flow/pressure/dB on 1046/1048?

The 1046 that I can find is a 230 Volt version (there is a 12 volt but thatone is at 90 $ plus shiping)

What about those CSP-MAG's. They got released, lots of people bought them and there don't seem to be any problems coming in. Does that mean that we have a quiet, decent, low-noise & affordable 12V pump?
The CSP750 got alot of comments, but now it seams C-System has really pulled it off with the MAG. (Or did I miss the mandatory 'CSP-MAG failure'-topic?)
