Matrix Orbital Standalone

Hey,
I saw this Here and it inspired me to think something up of my own. I came up with, what should be shown at the bottom of the page as an attachment. Im not too sure?
But anyways,
I am planning on buying a new case (Lian Li PC-70 Silver) and a watercooling system, but I havent even started thinking about that yet. The little box that I construct would be out of aluminum to match the Lian Li and cause it just looks cool

. The blue dots on the sides are a VU meter that I built with the original intent of putting in the computer that I just built, but decided that I didnt want to put it in. I know that using a LCD display, I could have an equalizer running with winamp, but I just think that its cool

I was thinking of either getting this LK204-25-WB
OR this GLK12232-25-WBL
If anyone has any input on these two displays itd be appreciated, also any input on the mod would be GREATLY appreciated, and the drawing is a VERY rough one.
