Hello guys and girls
![]() You probably already know form the title what RCC means. It is Radeon Copper Cooler that *I* made ![]() Here is the whole procedure of making the heatsink. It all started with a piece of copper, 20mm thick. ![]() I had to trimm down the big piece to dimensions that I wanted. The piece of copper on this picture below weights about 700g. ![]() Then I began to saw the grooves along in the copper. ![]() After the grooves along were done, I had to make the same grooves transversal that I got really fine fins. ![]() Here is the finished heatsink. I only had to polish the bottom ![]() ![]() And heatsink with polished bottom: ![]() ![]() The bottom of the heatsink is 4mm thick so that the heat from the core can freely distribute to the whole surface of the heatsink. Jackal did it again... ![]() |
