DD RBX Outputs...

Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts as to whats the best arrangment for the DD RBX outputs, should i have one to the gpu and one the the nb and then along dual lines into the res, or should i have them go through the Y peice first and then a single line through the nb and gpu and then to the res?

i have it set up as a dual throughput system atm as my res can have up to 6 in/outs (its a dual 5.25 bay res) and had plenty of Tygon. when i get it all up and running i will do some tests but for now what do you think?

I've been running my DD RBX oulets to my NB and GPU block seperately and I havn't had a problem. I have noticed a small increase in the temps of my GPU and NB when doing it this way, but its not very important to me since I'm not overclocking my video card too much.

I would say if you want the lowest temps overall for every component, use the Y. Since space was tight for me (LianLi PC60 w/ NB and GPU, 1250 pump, 3 hdds, 3 CDs and a bayres) I decided to sacrifice a little cooling to the GPU and the NB in order to make the tubing much more elegant and take the NB and GPU oulets to seperate inlets on the bayres. It looks pretty sweet when its all said and done.

Good luck

Put the lines from the NB and GPU straight in to the res as the Y piece will restrict your flow a little.

i dont mind too much about the temps so long as they are not sky high, i dont use the Y peice either, both have seperate inputs to the bayres, and yes, i agree it does look very sweet

ta guys
