I have googled, but i am not good at decyphering hype

anyone know of a good one they can recommend? (preferably free, or below £1/$1 a month)

Bit Torrent is the bestest at P2P; you'll have to look around for a good site with .torrents though.

Agree with ph tho. If you have to use one, torrents are the best.
