vantec tornado 80x38

so this thing is a beast. I have one, and its just insanely loud.

but Im looking for pressure more than CFM.

so if I under power this to like 6volts, will it be able to push more air than say a standard 80mmx25mm fan?

and more importantly at half the current, any chance it will be half as loud? say 25dB or less?

at 5v the tornado still isn't silent it's pretty noisy , puts out good air still though definately not sub 25db
