Yay or nay on this block?

I drew this up quick last night. Now should I change the bottom block a bit so that the gas spends more time in there? Like cut a spiral in it? So that it just doesn’t come right out?
pic 1: block assembled
pic 2: same as above, dif angle
pic 3: this is the piece that is in contact with CPU
pic 4: this piece separates the top and bottom sections to the block
pic 5: this is the top where the line connects to the block

Make a maze interior, two layers, interconnected. Seems to work pretty good.

Instead of just one, you can make two, connected with a similar system as you described (as far as i could see).
